Samsung unveiled a very slim full touch Samsung Pixon M8800 8 megapixel camera phone. with a full compliment of image control options lets you take images with amazing detail and clarity. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) lets the Samsung Pixon M8800 capture natural colours, whilst the anti shake technology keeps your shots steady, even if you hand isn’t. Face Detection makes sure faces are always in focus no matter what and a built in smile shutter automatically takes the photo when everyone is smiling, for that perfect shot. Thank to built in geo-tagging facility you can see when and where your photos were taken.

Samsung are not wasting a minute as they stride towards the end of 2008, and their latest additions to the product range are a sure fire sign regarding their intentions. First of all we kicked off the year with Samsung Tocco mania, then we were all excited about the Samsung Innov8, now seemingly out of nowhere they announce an absolute giant slayer in the form of the Samsung Pixon M8800.
The pre-market name for the Samsung Pixon M8800 was the Samsung Bresson, rumoured to be associated with Henri Cartier-Bresson, a French photographer considered the father of modern photojournalism. Which given the handsets purpose and appeal, is very fitting.

 

The Samsung Pixon M8800 is 15.5mm thick, whilst a Nokia N96 is 18mm, a Sony C905 18.5mm, and finally a Samsung Innov8 is 17.2mm.
The touch screen accelerator interface is effortless and responsive, which is a far cry from many handsets on the market. Whilst the 3.2 inch 16 million pixel colour display shows excellent photos, it also supports and runs full HD TV viewing. So regardless of your entertainment demands, the Samsung Pixon M8800 is capable of occupying any preferences with the highest of competences. Films, pictures, games, and music are masterly delivered through a collection of new hardware and software advancements to the Samsung range.

For the first time you will have a digital camera on your phone capable of delivering the quality of image of a regular digital camera. The big benefit is not just the ease with which people will now be able to capture and share camera phone shots, but the quality of those shots when taken,” President Choi added.,
